Beneficiaries: All his livestock, implements of husbandry, grain and fodder are to be sold and all money due by mortgage bond or notes to be collected and then disposed of:
To sons, John and William and daughter Ann, £150 each.
To son James and daughter Elizabeth, £150 each to be invested at interest until they reach 21. This interest to be paid to wife Ann Farr to assist with their education and clothing.
To wife, Ann Farr, all his leasehold land, all his household goods and furniture together with any surplus money from the disposal of his stock etc.
