Beneficiaries: To his wife, Elizabeth, all his 'freehold tenement wherein I now dwell' and all his livestock and personal estate for her lifetime and then:
to son, John Griffiths subject to him raising £30 0n the property to pay legacies.
£15 to daughter, Shusana Seaborn or if she has not survived her mother then to be shared by her children. And
£15 to be shared by his grandsons and granddaughter, sons and daughter of Ann Lewis, his daughter.
To Ann Williams, his granddaughter, and daughter of John Griffiths, the metal clock and case.
Residual legatee, John Griffiths.

Executor: son, John Griffiths.
