Beneficiaries: to his wife, Mary Williams, his leasehold cottage and lands in Ewyas Harold, called Old Prince Place 'and whoever occupy it after my wife's death to pay to my son Thomas Williams otherwise Jones, the sum of two pound a year during his life…if the lives in the lease last, out of the rent'.
Also to my wife, the cottage and garden in
Lower Mescoed . As well all stock, grain , goods and chattels which are to be sold to pay debts with the surplus to his wife

Executor: Wife, Mary Williams and Thomas Roberts junior of Ewyas Harold 'when all is settled my wife to pay Thomas Roberts two pounds for his trouble'.
