Beneficiaries: To her sister, Margaret Maddocks, wife of John Maddocks of Wern Willim in St Margarets, all that messuage and lands called Cwm in Newton and another property in Newton called Smocks Folly for her lifetime and thereafter to Margaret Maddocks, niece, daughter of John Maddocks subject to the payment of two legacies:
To niece, Ann Pepler, daughter of John Maddocks, £10 10 0d.
To John Williams, son of Richard Williams of St Margarets, £10 10 0d.

Executor: her sister Margaret Maddocks
