Beneficiaries: To wife, Ann, all household goods, live stock, property and grain for her lifetime. Thence to be divided equally between son, John and daughter, Ann if they survive their mother or the whole to the survivor if one should die.
Residual legatee, his wife, Ann to pay funeral expenses and 'all my just debts (except what is due to Mr Robert Gwillim and his sister Ann Gwillim)'
