Beneficiaries: To daughter, Ann Cheese, wife of Dennis Cheese, the cottage, garden outhouse and 3 parcels of land situated in Lower Mescoed common and held by lease from the Earl of Abergavenny for the lives of his grandchildren, Lewis Powell, Phillip Powell and Dennis Williams, to hold by the daughter Ann Cheese for the continuation of the Lease; subject to the payment of £20 to his daughter Susanah Williams wife of John Williams and to be for her sole use and not to the control of her husband..

Executrix: daughter, Ann Cheese.

Marked by testator.

Witnesses: Samuel Jones, Tremonthig, Thomas Lewis, shop vach and William Arnold
