Beneficiaries: To wife, Ann Prosser, the freehold messuage, and lands where he lives for her lifetime and then to his son Thomas . The land being subject to and £80 mortgage to Mr Lewis. If wife re-marries then the property passes immediately to the son, Thomas, who is then required to pay wife Ann £3 p.a. for her lifetime.
To daughter, Elenor, £20 on the death of his wife, also all his livestock, crops and household good with the exception of a bed and its appurtenances for son Thomas.
Thomas to pay all debts etc.

Executor: son, Thomas Prosser

Marked by the testator

Witnesses: William Prosser, David Jones and James Jones.

Date of Probate: 25 May 1821..

2. Inventory: none but coversheet endorsed 'under £20'.
