Beneficiaries: To wife, Elizabeth Prosser, the messuage, tenement and lands where he lives after the death of his mother, Ann Prosser. Provided his wife does not re-marry or co-habit after his death.
On his wife's death or if she re-marries or co-habits than the premises equally between his two daughters, Ann and Elizabeth. Also he bequeaths to daughter, Elizabeth, on his wife's death all the 'New Inclosed lands together with the cottage and garden …situate in
Newton .' And to daughter, Ann, the premises 'whear I now dwell'.
To wife,
Elizabeth , all his stock, crops and household goods which are to be divided between his daughters on her death.
