Mannor of Wilbroke otherwise Wirkbroke – To wit
At the court leet of our sovereign lord the king And also the court baron of John [^Tho] Delahay esq. lord of the said mannor held at [^The {Crossing} in] Peterchurch at the dwelling house of Thomas Draper [^John Boswell] within the aforesaid mannor the twenty [^ on Tuesday third] eighth day of October [^[ ]]in the tenth [^fourth] year of the reign of our sovereign lord Georger the second [^ William the 4th ] by the grace of God of Great Britain [^the United Kingdom of], France & Ireland king defender of the faith etc. And in the year of our lord 1735 [^1833]. Before Thomas ([ ])Williams ([ ])gent steward.

Imprimis We the jurors sworn & impannelled to enquire for our sovereign Lord the king and the lord of the mannor do present as followeth.
We present William Hall, John Draper [John Draper ap & fined spared], Leonard Gundy, Philip Morgan, James Legg, John Lovell, John Gwynn, John [ ] , Charles Watkins, James Pritchard, John Probert, Jenkin Williams , John Jones who owe suit and service to this court And made default in appearing. And we do amerce each of them in the sum of two shillings for such their default, but on John Drapers appearing his fine was spared.
We have not anything to present . We present that John Draper of Peterchurch one of the tenants of this mannor hath lately incroached upon the lord’s wast next adjoining to the church yard of Peterchurch by building of a smith’s shop and a shed building adjoining unto it.
We the jurors aforesaid have not any thing more to present at this time.
