Michaelmas 1738
Mannor of Willbrook alias Wirkbrook.
At the court baron of John Delahay esq lord of the said mannor kept at the dwelling house of Thomas Draper within the aforesaid mannor the eighteenth day of October in the twelfth year of the reign of our sovereign lord George the second by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland king defender of the faith etc. And in the year of our lord 1738. Before Thomas Williams gent steward of the said mannor.
