Will dated 8 September 1675 .
Beneficiaries: To his 4 children, Samuell, William, Thomas and daughter, Rachell, £56 owed by his brother John on a mortgage dated 10 July 1664, to be paid by John to William Wall, executor within 4 years of testator's death, plus interest of £2 8 0d per year.
To wife, Blanch , 2 kine, a feather bed and bolster.
All the rest of his household stuff, goods cattle and chattels to his 4 children to be divided between them when they attain the age of 21. In the meantime wife Blanch to have their use in the maintenance of the children.

Documents accompanying this will include a bond with bounden William Wall and Philip Watkin, a sworn undertaking by the executor to pay out the £56 to the children as charged dated 17 January 1679, a statement of expenditure and distribution certified by the court on the same date and  a separate cover sheet, 6 pages in all.
