12 February 1385 […] To John Couele escheator in Herefordshire and the march of Wales adjacent. Order to give Thomasia who was wife of William de Furnyvalle knight […] the moiety of one knight’s fee in Rouleston [Rowlestone] pertaining to Ewiaslacy [Ewyas Lacy] castle in the said march formerly held by Richard Skidemore at 50s, which with assent of Thomas Stanley clerk, attorney of Thomas de Nevylle and Joan his wife daughter and heir of the said William, the king has assigned to her in dower of the knights’ fees and advowsons of her husband…etc.
