Description:
1. Will dated 14 April 1677:
Beneficiaries: The testator advises that she is owed £2 each from Magdalen Baskerville and Russell Price and also £5 by Walter Scudamore. She bequeaths the £9, to William Wall the younger, but as he is 'now sick if he should happen to dy of the said sickness then my will is..' the £9 to be divided between his brothers and sisters, John, Thomas, Philip, Mary Wall and Blanch George all children of William Wall the elder.
To William Wall the younger all household goods and other items, he paying Rachel , daughter of William George, 10/- to '[?]toat [ or beat] ye charge to caus me to be decently buried'. If William dies of his sickness then his wife Mary is to have the best feather bed, coverlet, sheets and blankets. The rest of the stuff to go to the Walls as listed above; they paying the 10/- to Rachel George 'to beat the charge to cause me to be decently buried'.
Executor: William Wall the younger or should he die of his sickness then his father.

2. Inventory: dated 28 April [no year] value £11 18 4d. Appraisers Phillip Price and John Wall.
Observations:
The documents include a final accounting dated 18 December 1679 showing the legacies and the payment to Rachel George funeral and testamentary expenses and a debt to Anne price of 5/- repaid. Also included is a bond binding William Wall though whether the younger or elder is not clear 2 coversheets; 6 sheets in all.
