Executor: Walter Watkins, brother.

Marked by testator.

Witnesses: Phillip Williams Pri, David Powell, & Phillip Prichard.

Date of Probate: 30 May 1684.

Inventory: dated
17 March 1683/84 value £26 7 0d. Appraisers James Parry and Phillip Prichard.

 

 

Observations:

The documents include a bond dated 30 May 1684 with bounden Walter Watkins and Phillip Prichard  in a surety of £200. There is a separate admon and coversheet; 5 sheets in all.
The odd thing about this will is that it was writen 22 years before the year of probate. Perhaps due to the £25 mortgage he had on his property.
