1. Will dated 8 November 1785 .
Beneficiaries: To nephew James Jones £20 to be paid when he attains the age of 21 until such time, the interest on this amount to be used for James' schooling, maintenance and clothing.
The rest of his personal estate to John Gilbert, gentleman of Rowlestone, in trust for the sole and separate use of sister Ann, wife of Thomas Jones labourer.
