1. Will dated 26 December 1709
To brother, Phillip Prichard, the house and land in Llancillo called Caye Graban and Cyre Shano being 10 acres more or less and the 'mansion house or cottage with the garden and orchard thereto belonging' [another acre] bought by Phillip but not yet conveyed in writing to him.
The remainder of his estate to his wife Sarah Prichard
