1. Bond dated 13 June 1721, with:

Bounden: Anne Meredith, spinster & John Prichard, gent, both of Rowlston

2. Inventory: [2 copies] dated 9 December 1720 , value £36 13 0d from debtors plus wearing apparel of 5/-. Appraisers not listed.

 

 

Observations :

One can only speculate that the six months between the making of the inventory in December 1720 and the issuing of the bond in June 1721 was taken up in tracing the debts due. Note the NLW has marked the original inventory of 9 December as an 'X' document rather than the 'I' it should be. Includes a separate coversheet that as a photocopy is so dark as to be unreadable; 4 sheets in all.
