Witnesses: Samuel Smith, James Gilbert and Thomas Gwillim the elder.

2. Inventory: [plus copy] Dated 22 June 1747, value £95 6 0d. Appraisers Samuel Smyth & Thomas Gwillim.

 

 

Observations:

The documents include a bond dated 1 July 1747 with bounden James Wall, gent of Rowleston and William Gilbert, inn keeper of Brecon in the sum of £300. Separate coversheet; 5 pages in all.
