1. Bond dated 24 April 1744 with:
Bounden: Walter Sayer of All Saints Parish, Hereford, gent and John Medey of the same.
2. Inventory: [plus copy] dated 6 November 1743 value £3 5 0d [included books and manuscripts @2gns] Appraisers Revd John Price and James Leek.
Observations:
Include an admon in which Walter Sayer is identified as principal creditor which accounts for his being appointed in the bond to administer the estate also a separate coversheet; 5 sheets in all.
