1. Nuncupative Will undated:
Beneficiaries: To James and Catherine Morgan, children of testator's brother Morgan Morgan, all his goods.
To Morgan Morgan, brother, £2 10 0d towards his funeral expenses.
Executors: James and Catherine Morgan.
Witnesses: Morgan Morgan [s] & Thomas Morgan [s].
Date of Probate: 4 March 1671.
2. Inventory: undated, value £19 14 0d. Appraisers not listed.
Observations :
The testator seems to have been very confused when dictating his will as he appointed the two children as executors. However by the bond accompanying the will their father, Morgan Morgan has been bound to administer the will. Will, inventory, bond and coversheet; 4 sheets in all.
