Will [2pages] dated 10 January 1808
Beneficiaries: Theophilus Gilbert, son, the freehold message and lands in Crasswall tenanted by James Jones. Theophilus to pay £10 per year from the rents to his mother Mary Gilbert, for her lifetime.
To Mary Gilbert, wife, the messuage farm and lands called Sunny Bank in the parish of Llancillo, subject to her paying the interest on a mortgage charged on the premises, for her lifetime. Thence to son, William and daughter, Catherine as tenants in common not as joint tenants.
Also to William £160 and to Catherine £140 to be paid by Theophilus once he has become seized of the Crasswall property which the testator directs is to be charged with provision of these sums. All livestock is to be divided between William and Catherine,(if they can't agree the division then all stock to be sold and the proceeds to be divided equally). To Catherine the Clock and case bought from Widow Husey.
All remainder of personal estate and effects to wife Mary.

Executors: Mary Gilbert, wife and sons John and Theophilus.

Witnesses: John George, Rector of Grosmont, Jane George & James Shanks of Grosmont
