1. Will dated 26 March 1845, with signature:

Beneficiaries: To George Watkins, grandson, all the freehold estate known as 'Wiga' subject to allowing wife, 'Marget', to remain there and to maintaining her for the remainder of her life.

Executor: grandson, George Watkins

Witnesses: John Lewis [s] of Garngalled, Clodock & John Gwillim [s]of Sunny Bank, Clodock

Inventory: none but sworn formal deposition under the signature of George Watkins states the the deceased goods were valued at under £5.

 

 

Observations :

Testator's death was 16 December 1846 , The cover sheet has the interesting endorsement, 'probate left under cover for the Rev. C Roberts at the Angel Inn .' 4 sheets in all.
