Beneficiaries: To Thomas James '…my servant in husbandry all my goods chattels and moveable effects together with all crops growing on that estate called the Wigga' and he is also to hold the farm from the testator's decease to the next Candlemas.
The estate called the Wigga is to be eventually divided equally between, Blanch, wife of David Lewis, their son John and daughters Mary and Ann, also the sons and daughters of the testator's sister the late Elizabeth Roberts and the daughters of his sister, the late Mary Williams.
