1. Will [2pages] dated 4 February 1714 :

Beneficiaries: To wife, Jennet, the premises in Rowlestone in which testator lives for her natural life or until she remarries. If she remarries then the house goes to son Walter. Walter to pay her one third of the rent for the land associated with the premises [it is unclear whether this is a separate provision or is to be paid to Jennet after she remarries]. Also to Jennet the lands belonging to
Webs Hospital in Rowlestone leased for 99 years and 3 lives provided she does not remarry. If she does remarry then this lease goes to son, Walter.
All other personal estate to be divided between wife Jennet and Walter son, equally

Executors: wife, Jennet & son Walter with Sir Phillip Jackson, kt as trustee.
