Description:

1. Will dated 3 December 1733 :
Beneficiaries; To sister, Margaret, the house she is living in, for her lifetime thence to daughter Elizabeth. Elizabeth to get the house in which Lewis Williams is living with its garden and plot of ground and the house and garden in which Thomas Parry is living all these properties lying in Rowleston parish.
To son, James, bedstead with tester, a press, a bed, 2 pair of sheets and a brass pot.
plus 'all my messuage with my mill and all other my lands and tenements…. not before bequeathed.' So long as James discharges the mortgage and interest, but if he doesn't pay and the land is forfeited then the lands called cae Cisile which are not subject to the mortgage should go to
Elizabeth in lieu of the houses left her above.
All hogsheads and barrels to be equally divided between James and Elizabeth
