Beneficiary: To wife, Elizabeth 'all those the advowsons donations and right of patronage and presentation in and to the several cures or perpetual curacies of Rollstone and Llancillo…..lately purchased by me of …..the Earl of Oxford and earl Mortimer… Also all my other freehold estate'. In addition all money, securities, farming stock and household goods and personal effects.
