Observations:
The Will indicates that Ann Child's legacy of the remainder of a 60 year lease [see BR/1717/91] was still extant. From the Inventory it seems the deceased had lent a considerable sum to Mr Thomas Hopkins , Ironmonger of Monmouth.
Includes separate Registration Instruction and a coversheet; 5 sheets in all.
