(1) The Rt. Hon. George, Lord and Baron of Abergavenny;
(2) Samuel Waters of the parish of Saint Margarets, co. Hereford, yeoman
LEASE of a cottage, garden and one acre of land enclosed on Upper Mescoed, parish of Saint Margarets.
Attached is a receipt (Oct. 25, 1771) to the said Samuel Waters for the sum of £15 15s., being the fine for the grant of the above lease.
