Parcel of wasteland formerly enclosed on which a house formerly stood in possession of--- and an adjoining parcel of wasteland unenclosed 1acre at Poweke Wood in Vowchurch in the manor of Monington in the Straddle, now in the possession of Anne Jones. For 99 years or the lives of Anne Jones, Elizabeth Handley, daughter of Richard Handley of Peterchurch, carpenter and Thomas Prosser, son of James Prosser of St. Margarets yeoman.
Rent: 2 shillings 6 pence p.a., 2 shillings 6 pence marriage money, a couple of fat hens on 1 January, 2 shillings 6 pence heriot.
