For 99 years or the lives of Anne Jones, Elizabeth Handley, daughter of Richard Handley of Peterchurch, carpenter and Thomas Prosser, son of James Prosser of St. Margarets yeoman.
Rent: 2 shillings 6 pence p.a., 2 shillings 6 pence marriage money, a couple of fat hens on 1 January, 2 shillings 6 pence heriot.
