This property was sold by John Price to Thomas Watkins in 1768. From Watkins it passed to his daughter, Sarah Parry, who sold it to Philip Seaborne in 1783. Then followed a rapid succession of conveyances and mortgages, until the property was purchased in 1902 by Charles Monkley of Saint Margarets.
