A house and 4 acres of land in possession of (2) on the Upper Common of Mescoed, lying by the road from Mescoed to Hay.

For the lives of Thomas Christopher the son of Thomas Christopher junior, Ann Thomas spinster daughter of Tobias Thomas of par aforesaid, and Mary Morgan daughter of Roger Morgan of the same parish.

Rent 5/- with 2/6d as a heriot.

Witnesses: Tobias Thomas and Yevuan Watkin.
