3 acres of land on Upper Mescoed Common in the possession of (2) and 1 acre of land in the possession of Thomas Jenning all which premises being in par St Margarett’s.

For lives of (2) and James and William, his 2 sons.

Rent 6/- with 2/- as a heriot.

Witnesses: Robert Harries, Lewis Williams and Francis Edwards.

Endorsed:  ‘James and William, sons of the lessee, are dead’. (21 June 1718)
