By William Jones, that he has viewed the land of Elizabeth Lewis, dec’d, on Upper Mescoed...consisting of a barn, beasthouse, 3 acres of poor meadow, 1 acre of arable, 1 field of rough pasture of 2 acres worth about £6/6/- per acre leased at 1/6d pa with 1 life in being and worth £2/-/- (boundaries given), being in the occupation of John Seaborn(e) as tenant to Benjamin Prichard.

A lease to be granted to Benjamin Prichard of Newton township for the lives of Ann Lewis of par Huntington, ?widow aged 50, Elizabeth Lewis her daughter aged 15, and James Prytherech of par Vowchurch, labourer, aged about 55.  Fine received £12.
