[This short will is given in full]
'Memorandum.   Shortly before his death John Powell being sick in body but of good memory did dispose of his goods being only one bond of twenty pounds for the payment of eleven pounds from Elizabeth John of Clodock and willed the aforesaid bond and debt by word of mouth should be paid unto Rowland Parry his brother and also delivered him the said brother Rowland the said bond.'
In the presence of Joanne Henry and Sara Powell.

Observations:

The documents include a bond dated 'ult May 1632 [i.e. 31 May] with bounden Rowland Parry of St Margarets, yeoman and Nicholas Hussey of Brecon town in a surety of £30 .
