Beneficiaries: To nephew, Thomas Munkley, 'all that my leasehold messuage, lands with the appurtenances wherein I now dwell'. Also another messuage called The Birches, both premises being situated on
Upper Maescoed . Subject to the paying the following legacies:
To Margaret Powell, daughter of Ann Powell of
Newton , £20.
To nieces, Ann, wife of Samuel Williams and her sister, Mary daughter of the late David Jones, £10 each.
The rest of his estate after payment of debts and funeral expenses to Thomas Munkley.
