To nephew Reese Price, son of William Price and the testator's 'owne naturall sister Joan', the message and lands etc. called 'Fermbreed' in St Margarets.

This will is different in that the testator only disposes of his properties Gilvach, Caye Prisk and Fernbreed but makes no provision for the disposal of the domestic contents of his house or his livestock. The inventory gives a room by room list of household contents and the original also provide details of his debts.
