1. Will: dated 22 June 1812
Beneficiaries: To his son, Benjamin Seabourne, all his freehold messuage and lands called Frunbreed[?] in St Margarets.
To son, Matthew Seabourne, his leasehold messuage, held from the Earl of Abergavenny, for the remainder of the term of the lease. Also a bed and a bolster.
To his five grandchildren sons and daughters of sons, Thomas Seabourne and Edmond Seabourne deceased, 10/- each [no names of the grandchildren given]
Benjamin to be residual legatee and to pay debts and funeral expenses.
