Beneficiaries: This is a complex will mostly concerned with passing on the lease of his dwelling house to his grand daughter and the subsequent payment of his debts by mortgage of the property. The granddaughter is a minor at the time of the writing of the will.
He instructs that all his household goods furniture and weaving equipment be sold and after payment of one legacy of a guinea to Clement Price the balance be used to pay funeral expenses and debts.
