1. Will: [2 pages] dated 20 July 1728
Beneficiaries: 'As for the sum of sixty pounds of money which is payable by my nephew, Thomas Jenkins ….in pursuance of his marriage settlement…..to be paid within the space of three months after my decease I give and dispose as follows (viz)'
To nephews, Walter and William Jenkins, £10 each.
To nieces, Mary and Jane Jenkins, £20 each.
To Henry, the youngest son of Thomas Jenkins of Hunthouse, gent, the messuage and tenement with appurtenances called Lloyn Onn subject to the payment, for the first five years, of 20/- p.a. to the poor of the parish of St Margarets.
To Nathan Gilbert of Craswall, £2.
To niece, Jane Jenkins all household stuff and implements of household.

Executors: Thomas Jenkins senior, late of Hunthouse and William Jenkins his son.

Witnesses: James Exton, Thomas Griffiths and Leonard Morgan.

Observations:

Documents include a coversheet; 5 sheets in all. This will is that of the widow of BR1711/120. She seems to have been something of a business woman her inventory has increased in value from her husbands over the 17 years since he died she has money out on bond and £20 a considerable sum of ready cash for those days.
