To son in law, William David and Sarra his wife, all the remaining years of a lease of the messuage and lands held by the testatrix under lease from Sir Ralph Hopton which lease was initially established with David Thomas Powell, deceased for term of 99 years on 10 May 1617 and then passed to Thomas Powell deceased her late husband by a deed of assignment dated 20 November 1621; on condition that William David will pay to the testatrix's daughter Florence, 40/- annually for the term of the lease, she being entitled to any increase from investing this annuity. Payment to be made 1 November each year.
To grandchild, Sibill, daughter of George Morgan, the black cow.
To William David, all the rest of her goods and possessions for the settlement of her debts.
