Will: dated 12 November 1703 .
Beneficiaries: To daughter, Johan, as executrix towards the payment of dets, funeral expenses and legacies, all her personal estate, goods, moneys, cattle and chattels
To daughter, Marry [?Mary], the wife of David Smyth of Michaelchurch Escley, one pair of fine flaxen sheets.
To daughter, Sarah, wife of William James of the same parish, one pair of fine flaxen sheets 'to be delivered unto her within three weeks after her delivery of her first child if she then liveth.'
To son, Richard, the house outhouses and land for the term of the lease held by her from John Arnold Esq. of Llanfihangel, co. Monmouth.
Finally she desires that her brothers, Thomas Davies of Michaelchurch Eskley and Philip Davies of Llanveynoe take on 'the tuition of the body goods and estate of my said son Richard Bievor'
