Executrix: daughter Margery [ there is a fold in the original that prevents the photocopy being read at the point where Margery is appointed executrix and thus her legacy cannot be deciphered]

Observations:
Documents include a bond dated 22 June 1679, with Margery Williams, spinster and John Phillpott, gent bound in surety of £100; 3 sheets in all. It is interesting to see the testator spread his legacies over time so as not to put too much stain on the farm's resources. Margery was clearly expected to continue to work it.
