1. Will: dated 20 May 1704
Beneficiaries: To his 6 children [unnamed] £70 to be divided between them at the discretion of his wife, Mary, and with the approval of his two brothers in law who he appoints as 'trustees to see this my will duly executed'
To wife, Mary, all his land, tenements etc. and all the rest of his goods, cattle and chattels.
Executrix: his wife, Mary Prosser overseen by brothers in law, James Morgan and Thomas Rogers.
Signed by testator
Witnesses: Jon Lewis, Thomas Harper and Hugh Pugh.
