Curia Baronis ibidem tent die Saturni videlicet decimo quarto die Julij Anno regni Annae dei gratia Angliae Scotiae Franciae et Hiberniae reginae fidei defensoris etc. quarto Annoque domini. 1705.

Imprimis The said jurors doe say & present that whereas itdoth appeare unto them this day that Thomas Prichard beinge a tenant within the abovesaid mannor dyed seized of two messuages vzt. Teir Croine & Broomy Hocks therefore they present that there is two herriotts due to the said lord at the death of the said tenante vizt. the second best beasts.
