Imprimis:   We the jurors above named being sworin and impanneled doe upon our oaths say and present that all persons that hath been legally sommened to appeare heare this day and that have made default to be in the lord’s mercy and amere their three shillings per caput Tenants or resiants not summoned 1s per capud.

 

Item:   We the said jurors doepresent the death of Mary Lewis widdow one of the tenants of this maner and that she died seized of a heriot being the second best beast to the lord of this maner unless a very just cause can be showd to the contrary.

 

Item:   Wee present severall cottagers for over charging the common with more stock than they doe winter on their own lands and doe amearth them in ten shillings each.

 

Item:   Wee present all the cottagers and enchroachers now in being upon the lord’s wast to be and they are in the lord’s mercy.
