Mannor of Urishay, Clothie Hopkin and Trenant alias Treyleis Hope on the part of Magdalen Delahay widow.

At theCourt Leet of our Sovereign Lord the King and Court Baron of Magdalen Delahay widow Lady of the said mannor kept at the dwelling house of Evan Jones of the parish of Michaelchurch the fourth day of October in the seventh year of the reign of our sovereigne lord George the second by the grace of God of great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth And in the year of our Lord 1733 before Edward Williams steward.

The names of the Jury

We the jurors sworn to enquire for our sovereign lord the king and the Lady of the said mannor do present as followeth.

Imprimis We upon the information of one of our fellow jurors do present Thomas Griffith one of the tenants within the said mannor for keeping his fences between his lands and the lands of John Price very much out of repair.

Item We upon the information of one other of our fellow jurors do prevent the said Thomas Griffith for suffering his cattle to trespass upon the lands of Richard Gronow and leaving his fences out of repair between his lands and the lands of the said Richard Gronow. Therefore doe agree to amerce him in 6^s 8^d unless he doth repair the same before next court.
