Beneficiaries: To Elizabeth Nub [?] her sister, 5/-. To her nephew Phillip Simonds , 5/-. He absolves her tenant, Gregory Price, all the rent due to him. Her residual estate to Thomas Edwards and John Morgan in return for proving her Will, discharging her funeral expenses and paying to the poor of Walterstone and Clodock '…all the residue of the
Tenn pounds…' due from David Evans her stepson. Also the annuity or Bond due from Martha Lloyd and William Williams '…charged on the Estate of William Williams now in the Tenure and occupation of the said John Morgan…' The residue of the said £10 to go to the poor of Walterstone and the remainder of the annuity to the poor of Clodock .

Thomas Edwards and John Morgan to be joint executors.
