Beneficiaries: To his son David Evans, junior, his wearing apparel, 40/- in money, all his shop tools and the shop, provided that he pays Blanch, the testators wife, 2/- p.a. He is also to have all his timber and boards towards the repair of the testator's house, and Blanch is to maintain David while he does so, provided he is unmarried. David is also to have various items of household furniture. Testator's godson, John Symonds , son of Phillip Symonds of Ewias Harold is to have 5/- and his other godchild, Anne Price of Longtown, daughter of Thomas Price, is to have 6 pence.

His executrix [not named] to spend 40/- on his funeral.
