Beneficiaries: To Jennet George of Walterstone , his dwelling house, barn, outhouses and land in Walterstone , provided she remain unmarried. At her decease the property was left to his daughter, Mary Pugh, who was to be the residual legatee.

His well-beloved friend, Jennet George, to be the executrix.

It is difficult to determine whether the will was signed or marked.

Observations:

Number of documents: 4. There seems to be some inconsistency in the date of probate, given that the inventory was made in December. Presumably the NLW have kept to the old style, where the year changes on the 25 March?
