Beneficiaries: To his wife Elizabeth his cottage and everything he possesses in Walterstone , and to go after her death to Benjamin Teague, natural son of his wife Elizabeth, and to his wife Mary. After their deaths, to go to Elizabeth, their eldest daughter. His wife Elizabeth is to be residuary legatee and executrix.
